NOC, NSF and FIFA Approval - Permavoid Sports lightweight, water storage and subbase system for use below sports surfacing is approved by the Dutch National Olympic Committee, the National Sports Federation of Holland and FIFA.
Permavoid Sports combined water storage and sports pitch subbase product has been independently tested in Holland by ISA Sport and given approval by NOC (National Olympic Committee) and NSF (National Sports Federation) for use in the construction of official competition athletic fields, pitches for football, hockey, netball and tennis courts. In addition, Permavoid Sports has been tested and approved in accordance with the FIFA 2 Star rating for use as a subbase material in the construction of football pitches. The Permavoid Sports systems serve as an alternative to the use of aggregate subbase foundations below sports fields and replace the need for traditional field drains. An artificial grass surfacing can be used together with a damping layer of foam or rubber and placed directly on the Permavoid Sports system for the optimal sports and gaming experience. Permavoid Sports is extremely lightweight but is characterized by a high compressive strength (715kN / m²). Once installed the product creates a raft and a levelling effect against uneven shrinkage ensuring a level, flat playing surface. The system is very suitable for use on soft soils, landfills, and for constructing sports fields without excavation of foundation. Permavoid Sports products are extremely durable and manufactured from recycled polypropylene which after use are100% recyclable.
