The London Olympics 2012

32000sqm of temporary surfacing and drainage installed in World Heritage Site , to provide top level footing for Olympic Drssage and Showjumping competitions within Greenwich Park, a World Heritage Site with ancient trees. Zero dig policy in force ll build up from exisitng sloped turfed areas.

Top quality surfacing developed to work specifically with Equaflow water managed system. Main Arena and Final Training area incoporated water harvesting to retain and reuse water used for conditioning the surfacing. Due to the required falls to suit camera angles, external storage tanks were required to harvest the water for reuse.

Best Olympic footing ever according to wellknown riders and trainers. Great competition, excellent team results and horses left sound and fit and were able to compete very soon after the Games.
